I'm a seasoned Behavioral Life Coach with fifteen years of experience in counseling and coaching.  I have a Master of Science Degree in Psychology and Bachelor of Art Degree in Human Services. Although, educationally I have acquired a great wealth of knowledge, my personal endeavors in life struggles presented me with the passion and desire to assist individuals in finding their healing and growth.

I'm a military wife and a mother of two beautiful daughters.  There are many elements of my life that created my resilience and character.  I'm the product of a teenage mother who raised me on her own, I was considered a latch key kid, I experienced depression and anxiety as an adolescent and I just found my real father at the age of 26, along with many other obstacles.  My life was not a Crystal Stair Case; however, my ability to endure many trials and errors, given the hand I was dealt has given me the compassion and eagerness to help others recreate their lives through "Finding You" while developing Motivation, Guidance and Control to advance to the next stages of life
